Very respectful, wonderful communication, and fair prices. I felt very confident in their diagnoses - great explanation of the problem and the fix, along with the costs and time estimate. We'll definitely go back for routine maintenance as well as any repairs. Great to have someone we trust!

For us to use JAX requires getting off work an hour early - and of course we drive by many places we could go instead. We get coupons in our mailbox & online from lots of other options but, we go to JAX.

Trust Jax enough to take off early from work to make their hours. Used to shop by advertised discounts, Groupon & coupons - not anymore. Jax is our family go to for all our car needs
